1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
To maintain a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players, uuok9 prohibits the following conduct. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud uuok9 or other players, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, collusion, chip dumping in poker, and the provision of falsified identity documents.
- Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, macros, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place wagers or interact with the platform in an automated manner without explicit written approval from uuok9.
- Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, technical glitch, display error, or pricing mistake. Any winnings derived from a known error are void and will be reclaimed by uuok9.
- Money Laundering: Using uuok9 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds. uuok9 cooperates fully with financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
- Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language towards uuok9 staff or other players through any platform communication channel.
- Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using your uuok9 account for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent for other players or advertising third-party services without uuok9's prior written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the uuok9 platform — including but not limited to the uuok9 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of uuok9 or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). uuok9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your uuok9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.1 Platform Availability
uuok9 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or events outside uuok9's reasonable control (including but not limited to power failures, internet service provider outages, and acts of government). uuok9 will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to uuok9's operating entity. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
